Performing a lookup in our app is a straightforward process. The following steps will guide you through the process:

Step 1: Launch the app
When you open the app, you will be directed to the home screen.

Step 2: Enter the number
You should see a field where you can enter the number you want to lookup. Type in the 10-digit phone number you want to search for. Please ensure that the number you enter is a valid phone number.

Step 3: Tap on “Lookup” button
Once you have entered the number, tap on the “Lookup” button. This will initiate the lookup process.

Step 4: Wait for results
Our system will automatically process the number and provide the results. The time it takes to complete a lookup depends on the number of queries being processed, and the speed of your internet connection. You may need to wait a few seconds for the results to load.

Step 5: Review results
Once the results are displayed, review the information provided. Our app provides you with a range of information, including the phone number’s owner, location, and carrier information. On the iOS version, you’ll also get safety score, indicated by a color code (green for safe, yellow for relatively safe, orange for relatively unsafe, and red for not safe).

Remember, the number you enter must be a valid 10-digit phone number. Please ensure that you only enter digits, and our system will automatically format the phone number for you.
